129lb front squats, 108lb OHSq (8lbs off bodyweight. Squee!) Two exercises to strengthen the overhead position that I saw on the Catalyst site and on Chad Vaughan’s Instagram feed.  Basically static holds at the top of the movement for snatch and jerk recovery
